Chitose (82km) - Noboribetsu
千岁 (82公里) - 登别
- Date Jidaimura Village (entrance included) - a history-based theme park highlighting the Edo period.
- Noboribetsu Jigokudani - well known high-quality hot spring area in Japan, as you can see a lot of springs and fumaroles along the valley.
- 伊达时代村 (含门票) - 一座再现江户时代时的街风街貌、以观赏戏剧为主、体验当时社会情形的主题公园。
- 登别地狱谷 - 日本知名的优质温泉地，徒步前往山谷中，沿途可以欣赏许多泉眼与火山喷气孔。
Day 3
Noboribetsu (198km) - Hakodate (30km) - Onuma
登别 (198公里) - 函馆 (30公里) - 大沼
- Hakodate Meijikan (red-brick building) - was built as Hakodate post office, now used as a shopping mall.
- Motomachi Park - the park features many Western-style buildings and gardens, such as the Old Kaga-ya and Old Bank, showcasing the European architectural style and culture of the Meiji period.
- Hakodateyama Karano Yakei (round trip ropeway ticket included) - experience by cable car, takes around 3 minutes to the top of the mountain. (subject to weather conditions)
- 明治馆 (红砖仓库群) - 曾用作邮政局，现在是购物中心。
- 元町公园 - 园内有许多西式建筑和花园，如旧加贺屋、旧银行等，展示了明治时代的欧洲建筑风格和文化。
- 函馆山夜景 (含往返索道票) - 体验乘坐缆车，3分钟就能到达山顶站。(视天气情况而定)
Day 4
Onuma (147km) - Lake Toya
大沼 (147公里) - 洞爷湖
- Ski Resort - experience outdoor snow fun, including snow basin and snow sled. (subject to weather conditions)
- Mount Showa-Shinzan - is still an active volcano, the most active volcano in Japan. Follow the easy hiking trail to the observatory to see the crater.
- Bear Range (entrance included) - here you can see the unique species of Japanese bears, which is the symbol of Hokkaido.
- 滑雪场 - 体验户外玩雪乐趣，提供雪盆和雪橇。(视天气情况而定)
- 昭和新山 - 至今仍是一座活火山, 也是日本最活跃的火山。沿着平缓的登山步道前行，来到开阔的观景台，欣赏壮观的火口湖。
- 棕熊牧场 (含门票) - 北海道的标志，这里饲养了数十只的棕熊。
Day 5
Lake Toya (101km) - Otaru (39km) - Sapporo
洞爷湖 (101公里) - 小樽 (39公里) - 札幌
- Toya Sairo Observation Deck - panoramic view of Lake Toya and experience ice cream making fun.

Experience Snow Mobile (approximately 1 hour)

** Double seater cost approximately JPN15,000 per ride - Otaru Canal - once an important port for barges-carrying coal or marine products. While the warehouses along the canal were transformed into museums, shops, and restaurants.
- Otaru Music Box Museum - is famous for its collection of several notable music boxes with a wide range of designs.
- Otaru Steam Clock - it was a gift from Vancouver to Otaru and is well-known as the symbol of the city.
- Kitaichi Glass Otaru Museum - is famous for its variety of displays of glassworks.
- 洞爷展望台 - 欣赏洞爷湖各个角度的美景和体验制作冰淇淋的乐趣。

Sapporo (45km) - Chitose

- Shiroikoibito Flower Park - a park built by the famous local chocolate company in Hokkaido. In addition to housing the Shiroikoibito factory, the park also has a café, rose garden, and a playground.
- Odori Park - the city center of Sapporo. You can view the Sapporo TV Tower here as well.
- Tanukikoji Shopping Street - enjoy shopping fun.
- Chitose Premium Outlet - enjoy shopping fun.
- 白色恋人工厂花园 ~ 北海道当地著名巧克力公司建造的特色公园。除了白恋人工厂外，公园还设有咖啡厅、玫瑰园和游乐场。
