Airline

Deposit

Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Tour fare per person is required upon booking. Balance payment shall be made in full upon booking confirmation.

Birthday

• Birthday Cake – once during stay.
• Bottle of wine on arrival.
• Birthday Bed Decoration – once during the stay.
• To be informed at the time of booking and will be cross-checked at the time of check-in at the resort and the travel date should apply to the birthday.

Honeymoon

• Romantic Bed decoration - once per stay.(Min 3Nights Stay)
• Honeymoon cake.
• Romantic Turn-down service - once per stay (on request)
• F&B Credit – US $ 75 per couple per stay
• To be informed at the time of booking and wedding certificate copy to be submitted and the travel should be within 6 months from date of marriage.

Wedding Anniversaries

Child Policy

• Infant aged 0 - 1.99 years with baby cot will stay and eat free. (Green Tax 3Nights = RM90 to be applied)
• Child aged 02 – 11.99 years.

Transport to Island

• Transport : Seaplane             
• Seaplane Operation Hours: 0700am - 1530pm
• Max. Baggage Allowed: 20kg + Hand Carry 5kg                                                      
• Distance Male - Island: 40mins, 154km                                                                    
• For Seaplane the carrier has full control over the schedule, in case of lower traffic, the flight might make at least one stop before arriving at the destination (airport).  
• Each passenger is entitled to carry 20kg of baggage and 5kg of hand luggage, if the weight exceeds the standard luggage weight, TMA will charge at the rate of US$ 05.00 + TGST per excess KG, payable directly to the carrier.                                 
• If your international flight arrives in Malé after 14:30 PM, you may need to stay overnight in Malé and incur an extra fee for a speedboat transfer to your final destination.

• New Year’s Eve Event RM2,555 per adult and RM1,355 per child

Resort Functionalities

• Resort is not equipped to provide facilities for clients who are physically challenged.
• No twin rooms available and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
• Sofa Bed is provided as 3rd bed and triple rooms are the same size as double rooms. (only 01 Sofa bed can be placed in a room).
• Island may have limited access to certain amenities, we kindly ask that you bring along some personal necessities to enhance your experience.

• Based on private arrangement for minimum of 2 passenger (GV 2).
• Package is valid for Malaysians only (surcharge applies for other nationalities). 
• Confirmation is subject to hotel availability upon booking. Full payment is required upon booking confirmation. 
• The logistic time for the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice. 
• Hotel standard check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability & charges set by the relevant hotel. 
• Any unutilized services, tours or hotel rooms are non-refundable. 
• Rates are subject to changes arising from the local government’s increase or introduction of tax. 
• Rates are based on our allotted rooms only. A surcharge will be imposed if the allotments have been fully utilized. 
• No amendments are allowed. No refunds for cancelled bookings after tour finalization (tour voucher issued)

• Parlo Tours and the Land Operator are not liable for: (a) the loss or damage of guest property while on tour; or (b) delays caused by weather, sickness, strikes, war, quarantine, road conditions or other circumstances. (Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended.)
