Airline

Please refer to our tour sales counter or ticketing staff for air fare & taxes.

Deposit

Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Tour fare per person is required upon booking. Balance payment shall be made in full upon booking confirmation.

Honeymoon:

• Romantic Bed decoration - once per stay
• One Honeymoon cake
• Honeymooners - Dinner -once per stay (for the stay of 04 nights minimum)

* To be informed at the time of booking and wedding certificate copy to be submitted and the travel should be within 6 months from date of marriage.

Wedding Anniversaries:

• Anniversary Cake – once during stay
• Anniversary Bed Decoration – once during stay
• Bottle of wine on arrival

Birthdays : Birthday (birth date within the date as per passport)

Child Policy

• Infant aged 0 - 1.99 years  have to pay Maldives Green Tax 3Nights = RM90 to be applied
• Child aged 02 - 11.99 years.

Resort functionalities

• Children are not accommodated at the Water Bungalows unless a disclaimer is signed by the parents.
• Resort is not equipped to provide facilities for clients who are physically challenged.
• Baby cot will be provided in the room on a complimentary basis on availability
• Limited twin rooms available and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
• Rollaway single bed is provided as 3rd bed and triple rooms are the same size as double rooms. (only 01 Rollaway single bed can be placed in a room).                                                                               
• Ex: For 2 adults + 2 children, only 1 rollaway single bed will be provided in the room. The other child will be sharing the bed with the parents at the applicable child rate mentioned above.
•  Island may have limited access to certain amenities, we kindly ask that you bring along some personal necessities to enhance your experience.                                                                                             

Important Note

• Speedboat Operation Hours : 0600am - 2230pm (34km, 45mins)
• Max Baggage Allowed: 20kg + Hand Carry 5kg
• If your international flight arrives in Malé after 22:30pm, you may need to stay overnight in Malé and incur an extra fee for a speedboat transfer to your final destination.
• Island may have limited access to certain amenities, we kindly ask that you bring along some personal necessities to enhance your experience.

• Based on private arrangement for minimum of 2 passenger (GV 2).
• Package is valid for Malaysians only (surcharge applies for other nationalities). 
• Confirmation is subject to hotel availability upon booking. Full payment is required upon booking confirmation. 
• The logistic time for the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice. 
• Hotel standard check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability & charges set by the relevant hotel. 
• Any unutilized services, tours or hotel rooms are non-refundable. 
• Rates are subject to changes arising from the local government’s increase or introduction of tax. 
• Rates are based on our allotted rooms only. A surcharge will be imposed if the allotments have been fully utilized. 
• No amendments are allowed. No refunds for cancelled bookings after tour finalisation (tour voucher issued) 
• All prices quoted are based on current rates and are subject to foreign exchange rate fluctuations. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary without liability. 
• Parlo Tours and the Land Operator are not liable for: (a) the loss or damage of guest property while on tour; or (b) delays caused by weather, sickness, strikes, war, quarantine, road conditions or other circumstances. (Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended.)
