General Terms & Conditions: 

• Based on minimum 2 Passengers traveling together (GV2).  

• Package is valid for Southeast Asia Market only. (Surcharge applies for other Nationality). 

• All prices are based on per person in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) 

• For Extension stay, airport transfer provided if hotel room booking with us. 

• Surcharge applied during Christmas, New Year and other festive seasons. Rates to be advise upon booking 

• Confirmation subject to hotel availability upon booking & full payment is required upon booking confirmed. 

• The logistic time for the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice 

• Any unutilized services, unused tours or hotel rooms are non-refundable  

• Tour fare is on our allotted rooms only. A surcharge will be imposed if the allotments have been fully utilized. 

• No amendment allows and no refund if booking cancel after finalized tour (Tour voucher issued) 

• We reserve the right to change the above package rate as it is subject to currency fluctuation or any unforeseen increment of ground arrangement by the local government 

• Travel agent and the Land Operator are not liable for the loss or damage of property of a guest while on tour, nor to any delays caused by weather, road conditions and other circumstances. (Purchase of Travel Insurance is strongly recommended

Payment 

Non-refundable Deposit:  RM 500 per person must be collected upon booking. Balance payment is to be made in full upon booking confirmation.  

Full Payment: 100% from the Total Tour Fare once booking is confirmed
