DAY 1
ARRIVAL KATHMANDU
Meet and greet upon arrival in Kathmandu. Private transfer to hotel. Free time at own leisure
DAY 2
KATHMANDU - BHAKTAPUR (B)
- After breakfast, visit the Great Stupa of Boudhanath (UNESCO World Heritage Site) a vast dome-shaped monument representing the Mind of the Buddha. It is the primary pilgrimage destination for Tantric Buddhists and Tibetan Buddhists.
- Visit Pashupatinath Temple (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Pashupatinath is a Hindu temple dedicated to Pashupati, a form of Lord Shiva. This extensive Hindu temple precinct is a sprawling collection of temples, ashrams, images and inscriptions raised over the centuries along the banks of the sacred Bagmati river. It is one of 7 monument groups in UNESCO's designation of Kathmandu Valley. Built on an area of 246 hectares, it includes 518 mini-temples and a main pagoda house. Its existence is recorded as early as 400 CE.
- Drive to Bhaktapur (UNESCO World Heritage Site), which is one of the oldest towns in Kathmandu. Previously known as Bhad Gaon, Bhaktapur is filled with pagodas, religious shrines, and monuments, mostly terra-cotta with carved wood columns, palaces and temples with elaborate carvings, gilded roofs, and open courtyards. The Art Gallery has a fascinating collection of ancient manuscripts, Thangkas, centuries-old stone sculpture, antique paintings that belong to the Hindu and Buddhist traditions of various periods.
DAY 3
POKHARA - YOGA RETREAT (6HRS OF DRIVING) (B/D)
After breakfast, drive to Pokhara which is the second largest and the most beautiful city in Nepal. On arrival in Pokhara, we will drive you to a dedicated yoga and meditation centre. This is the place for you to start your new yoga adventure, deepen your existing yoga practice or just rest, relax and enjoy the tranquil environment. Yoga beginners will be encouraged to begin your asana and yoga fundamentals in a safe and nurturing environment with the help of experienced yoga teachers. After check-in, there will be Kirtan Chanting, briefing on the classes, dinner and silent meditation.
DAY 4
YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASS (B/L/D)
Wake up at 6 am, morning meditation, Jala Neti cleansing, morning yoga class, breakfast, wellness activities, sound bath, lunch, leisure time, snack, Kirtan chanting, evening yoga, dinner, silent meditation.

DAY 6
YOGA RETREAT - POKHARA HIKING AND WALKING TOUR (B)
- Wake up at 6 am. Morning meditation, Jala Neti cleansing, morning yoga class, breakfast. Check out from the Yoga retreat.
- Check in at Pokhara hotel. After a short refreshment, we will take a local boat ride on Fewa Lake and cross the lake. Commence 2-hours’ hike to World Peace Stupa at the top of a hill. You will have a good hiking experience among beautiful green nature and sights of Fewa Lake and Pokhara valley. Explore the Stupa area. Afterwards, drive back to Pokhara and explore the lake side area in the evening.
DAY 7
SARANGKOT HIMALAYAN SUNRISE - KATHMANDU (B)
Early morning 30-minutes’ drive to Sarangkot (height of 1600m). Sarangkot is renowned for its beautiful sunrise view and panoramic mountain views. – Back to the hotel for breakfast. – Drive to Kathmandu while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Check in at Kathmandu hotel, followed by free time at own leisure.
DAY 8
SWAYAMBHUNATH - SINGING BOWL THERAPHY AND AYURVEDIC TREATMENT (B)
- Visit the 2000-years’ old Swayambhunath Stupa (UNESCO World Heritage Site), also known as "Monkey temple”. The temple charms with its great dazzling Stupa, while offering a view of Kathmandu city. The Stupa is the most profound expression of Buddhist symbolism in Nepal.
- 45 minutes’ singing bowl therapy. Tibetan singing bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation. Enjoy and experience the unique therapy and then time for lunch.
- Enjoy Shirodhara, an ayurvedic treatment. Experience a warm bowl of essential oils poured at a certain height, speed, flow and temperature onto your forehead (third eye). It is effective for soothing, energising, nourishing and relaxing the nervous system.
- Experience a Kati Basti treatment. It is a special technique aimed at relieving back pain using warm medicated oils or herbal decoctions.
DAY 9
NAMOBUDDHA - PANAUTI - KATHMANDU (B/D)
- Head to Namobuddha, a small village around 2 hours’ drive from Kathmandu valley. Explore the area and visit the famous Namobuddha Monastery. Visit the site where Gautama Buddha fed his flesh to a hungry tigress and her cubs. We will also visit the cave in Namobuddha and the stupa and the place where the relics are kept. Namobuddha is considered as one of the most religious Buddhist pilgrimage sites in Nepal.
- A mild hike of about 1.5 hours to Panauti. Panauti is one of the oldest towns in Nepal, with many temples dating back to the 15th century or earlier and a nostalgic atmosphere throughout its narrow streets and ancient structures. Walk and explore the village areas connecting to Panauti.
- Drive back to Kathmandu and visit Thamel. Thamel is a major tourist hub, famous for local souvenirs. Farewell dinner at a traditional Nepalese restaurant with cultural show.
DAY 10
KATHMANDU DEPARTURE (B)
Free time after breakfast. Transfer to airport for departure flight.
