The tour brand “Parlo” has been in the travel industry for more than 3 decades. We have been around the travel industry longer than most and can be proud to say that we know what is required to become the preferred travel brand for travelers. We have always believed in giving a personalized touch to all our customers dream holiday. As such, in order to achieve that, Team Parlo can be differentiated from our numerous ‘sub-team’, each with their specific tasks and responsibility to our customers. In Team Parlo, we are proud to give you our Team Parlo’s Outbound, Inbound and MICE Team.
PARLO | OUTBOUND
Parlo Tours Outbound Team started off focusing mainly on ticketing business. With solid support from our travel associates, we have since then developed the business to be a full fledged travel agency in Malaysia. The recognition that we have garnered paved the way for us to further develop the brand name of Parlo Tours. As such, we started off with a new office in Kuala Lumpur, which today has become the central planning unit for the business.
Having put a stronger business network in place, we have managed to position our Outbound team to become one of the most competitive travel agency in Malaysia with our Outbound team being able to provide customers with their dream holidays that can cover the entire globe. Today, Parlo Tours is no longer known as a small ticketing agent but we are now one of the key players in the industry actively promoting new destinations to eager Malaysians.
PARLO | INBOUND
With significant market presence and encouragement from our overseas travel associates, we launched our very own Inbound team. In just a few years, we have handled more than 15,000 passengers from countries ranging from Netherlands, Taiwan, India and Indonesia. Our constant innovative travel packages specifically designed for each country has allowed us to attract numerous tourists to the shores of Malaysia. Our volume of passengers consists of Foreign Independent Travelers (FIT), Group Incentive Tours (GIT) and Chartered Flight arrivals.
Today, we manage passengers from every continents of the world. Tourists from Russia, Europe, Asia and not to mention our neighboring ASEAN member countries are well looked after by our team of experienced, dedicated and friendly travel professionals.
PARLO | MICE
With an established travel network of both the Outbound team and Inbound team all around the globe, the MICE Division was formed to handle project leads obtained from our overseas travel associates. As such, the main focus of our staffs in this division are all sales related. Team Parlo MICE has since been re-positioned as a leading service provider in many local and international conference and exhibitions. Events organized by us vary from a group size of 10 people to large exhibitions attracting visitors more than 1500 people.
As we are the only few companies in Malaysia that has an existing yet successful Outbound team and Inbound team, we are able to benefit from Team Parlo’s experience in dealing with people from different cultures and background. We provide our clients with the certainty of being able to complete our tasks.
